This book was well researched and well written. I believe this plan will help you get your health back. It does require some fasting of certain foods, but that's expected! If you have "foggy thinking", this should be gone by the next day! He gives options to choose from to help you decide what works best for you. Thankful to have found this book.
I have read this book from cover to cover!!! What an amazing story of humility, discovery and breakthrough. I found it a bit hard to understand at time, but you just have to stick with it. The author builds a real solid case for how healing is a total process and how you must both believe God for healing and take the steps naturally to bring balance and healing to your body. This is a good book for someone that is looking to change their life. It is not just about healing but about total transformation.
I read this book as I was deciding on a new years resolution. I found it inspiring and that it tugged on many of my emotions. I was clearly looking to make a positive change, and God cures helped push me into a mind, body, and soul solution. I've just started on the journey and feel as if im on the right path.
